According to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (“Code”), Wayne Factory Costuming Studio S.r.l. (www.waynefactory.com), (“Wayne Factory Costuming Studio S.r.l. “), as data controller according to art. 4 of the Code, provides users of the website waynefactory.com (the “Site”) information on the use of personal data that follow.
a) Type and source of the processed data.
The personal data processed by Wayne Factory Costuming Studio S.r.l. are collected directly from the users of the Website, through their registration to the services offered (for example, registration to the newsletter or to the shop-on-line service). h) Instagram and Facebook Feed:
“Instagram and Facebook Feed plugin uses Instagram/Facebook API on website front end. All the data received from Instagram/Facebook via API is cached in WordPress database for some short period to provide front end optimization. You may request us to delete your Instagram/Facebook data if it is accidentally cached in our website database with hashtag feed data.
